You will have access to a network of more than 9,000 participating plan attorneys with an average of 16 years experience and be fully covered for both telephone advice and office consultations when you select a plan.* You also have the freedom to use any attorney you choose.

• If you use a plan attorney, all covered legal services will be paid in full

• If you use an attorney who does not participate in the plan, covered services will be paid according to a set fee schedule and up to a stated amount for each service. You will need to pay any difference between the scheduled amount and the attorney's charge for the services.
